To the staff of Miller Homes: It has been just over a year that we have been living in our Miller Home in La Paloma and I wanted to thank you for the wonderful experience of building with your company. Your entire staff has been delightful and courteous to work with during the entire process. We are thrilled with our home. Being in the real estate and home building business for almost 26 years, I have been in over a thousand homes under construction. During the conistruction, the home was cleaner than any I have seen being built. Tom Beatty and Joe were excellend to deal with and happy to come back and fix the very few items requiring attention. You are welcome at any time to show our home should you have the need. We feel even in these economically difficult times for real estate, we have made a wise investment in this community and in Miller Homes. We thank you. Dear Judy, thank you so much for the lovely plant with the pretty flowers. You are so kind and thoughtful. It will be a permanent fixture in my new home. I had my operation about a week ago and it went very well. I’m feeling pretty good. The next step for me is chemo. As you can imagine, I’m not looking forward to that. I’m keeping a positive frame of mind though. October 16, 2006 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Keim, we have not received a list of year end concerns with your home. Therefore, we assume that there are not any outstanding items that require our attention. We would appreciate it if you would could confirm this by calling Janet at our office at 813-633-0900. At this time the balance of your warranty will be carried by the Bonded Builders Warranty Association on any items that are warranted for more than one year (i.e structural). All of your team was very helpful during the design and construction phases, but we want to especially commend Tom Beatty for his attentiveness to details and reliability in the constrution of the house. Tom has proven to be one of the most conscientious construction supervisors we have ever met. When Tom said that something would be taken care of, it was, withouth any further reminders or follow-up. He is extrememly well organized and excellent in dealing with the homeowners.

As should be very evident, we love Miller Florida Homes and for many years have wanted to make La Paloma our home. Michael, we recognize that you are a builder that cares not only about quality, but equally about people. We truly value the time spent with you and Tim.
In particular we would like to acknowledge the exceptional service that Tim provided. You may not be aware of just how much time he has devoted to helping us with our innumerable queries, and how he genuinely took an interest in us as a couple, as well as future residents of La Paloma. Tim has surpassed all of our expectations, and to this day he continues to support and encourage us and continues to freely offer his help. Tim certainly is very professional and competent, but more important to us is his warm personalized and sincere attention to our needs. Dear Mike,
Our First year in La Paloma has gone very quickly and we have truly enjoyed becoming a part of this community. Our new home has not only met but exceeded our expectations in many ways and we have enjoyed getting to know our new neighbors.
I would like to thank your team for a job well done, with a special thanks to Tom and Joe who were on top of the construction and finish work everyday. Both men were very responsive to even the minor details and it was evident in the finished product. Of course Mary and Judy really got me started and followed through with everything they promised and truly made the buying experience a good one. In fact, both of these ladies continue to be a great help to me on current issues, service after the sale you might say. Again, our only true regret is that we did not make the move sooner.
