At Miller Florida Homes, we recognize that - and pledge to continue our efforts to strengthen our relationship with the real estate community. We intend to find ways to help the Realtor better serve his prospect, conserve his time and build his revenues so that we deserve his continued support. Our sales counselors look forward to working with you to build that bond.

For those of you whom we have not worked with, you’ll find our broker participation process a simple one:

1. Visit our community with your prospect and register him.

2. Your Broker’s commission is protected for the next 24 months.

3. Once your client is registered, we will work with him, keep you informed and, should a sale occur, credit you with the sale.

4. Our co-brokerage is a full 3% and in most instances is ½ funded at the construction loan closing. To receive a copy of our complete Broker agreement, please request it from us at the contact area of this site, or give us a call, and we will get a copy of it to you.
